Joy
What is joy? Is it something you feel, you can create, or you can see? Joy is many things it is everywhere an influences things all the time, it is something you can create, give, feel, and see which makes it so great. This emotion is something people love to have and share with others. It is what you feel when you have journeyed long and hard and have completed your journey, it is what you feel and see when you ask someone to Homecoming and you see their eyes light up bright. Joy is a very amazing emotion to receive it something great must happen, something that triggers your brain and stimulates it, this emotion courses through your body making other emotions come out like happiness and a fulfilled feeling. Emotions of all kinds are extremely interesting what makes them work what they do and how they do it. Emotions start with your senses, something happens you see it you do it you smell it you taste it, this then flows up to your brain registering as something you want and shoots it all over you may be giving you a tingling feeling or just a brightness. These different senses can even work together especially with foods you smell the strawberry  you can see and feel it, and finally you eat it which triggers your brain to give you joy. To achieve joy that means someone is going in the right direction doing as they should and being successful, and having fun along the way. When it comes down to it this emotion is not very complex, when you enjoy something and have fun you experience joy a form of fun. Any time some one's eyes light up or they have a sense of energy about them they are experiencing joy, and the great thing about it is it can motivate you to do great things, it becomes contiguous spreading to the people around you and continuing along the atmosphere. It is something in which never disappears and is always at the end of a dark tunnel, it is something you look forward to and always want to have and share. Think about joy memories of happiness will shoot through you maybe even compelling enough for you to do something great and to feel this natural high once again, because once you have felt it you will be addicted and never want to give it up because it is so good for you it has no side effects and it even makes the people around you better. I world without joy would be a world without happiness a place where there is no laughter and play, that is a place that none of us want to be so stay joy full always being happy always spreading the joy. Because joy will come back to you when you need it the most it will lift you up and allow you to be great and do something you thought you would never do, this is why joy is so important, because without it what would be have?
