Tariq--Chicken Stir-Fry

How To Chicken Stir-Fry
Chicken stir-fry is an easy meal that tastes very good. This stir-fry was originated in China thousands of years ago. This dish is very simple to make and you could add whatever else you want or remove what you do not want. This stir-fry can be made in less than 40 minutes. This meal takes 15 minutes to prepare and can serve about four people.  For this meal, you will need the following ingredients:
·      A large but not too large skillet
·      Two to three pounds of chicken breasts (the ones without bones and skins)
·      A fourth of a pound of green beans
·      Mushrooms that are sliced and do not have the stems
·      Carrots (peel them)
·      Three tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
·      And two cloves of garlic (minced)
Follow these steps

·      First, get a skillet that isn’t small and that isn’t huge and put that on medium heat and put oil in it
·      Add your chicken and sauté until it is fully cooked
·      Take your skillet out and set it aside
·      Take the chicken out. Put it in a plate.
·      Put the skillet back on and add more oil
·      Prepare some fresh garlic, mushrooms, broccoli, and all your other vegetables and sauté it in the same pan you just used
·      Add your cloves of garlic and keep it on low for a 1:00.
·      Stir your skillet and add all your sauces in the skillet
·      Don’t forget to add your chicken strips back in and cook the skillet until its hawt.
This dish is great served with a drink and with soy sauce added to it.
It is important to serve this meal immediately and fresh after cooking because no one wants to eat some trashy cold chicken stir-fry. You may add whatever else to this recipe to make it taste more amazing. I got this recipe from my foodnetwork.com and my grandma made it and it tasted bomb.
