In our family business, we provide our customers with the finest mexican food in Los Angeles.
We are known for our delicious tacos and the company is called Tacos El Compita inc. It is a
taqueria also known as a fast paced environment, having to know two languages (English and
Spanish) which helps our employees communicate with our customers. Today I will teach you
how to make Carne Asada Tacos and juicy fish tacos. In order to make these entrees you will
need the following.
Carne Asada Tacos
Carne Asada Tacos
-
● 1 pound angus diced beef
-
● 2 ounces Lemon juice
-
● Seasoning salt
-
● Tortillas
-
● Cilantro
-
● Onion
Fish tacos
-
● 2 pounds of basa fish
-
● Half piece of lettuce
-
● Ranch dressing
-
● 20 ounces of beer
-
● 1 pound of flour
-
● 10 ounces of frying oil
-
● Tortillas
-
● lemons
How to make the salsa
-
● Cook the green husk tomatillo
-
● Cook the green tomatillo and the morita peppers for 10 minutes, DON’T OVER COOK!

● Pour the tomatillos and peppers in the blender and add teaspoon of salt and a piece of
garlic, teaspoon of chicken soup powder
-
● Blend it and pour the salsa in a container
Carne Asada Tacos;
Step 1; Cook the meat juicy and tender; medium well
Step 2; add lemon and seasoning salt; 1 teaspoon of season salt, pour 2 ounces of lemon
Step 3; cook the tortillas, make sure to flip each side for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Step 4; Add meat in your tortilla and add the toppings which is cilantro, onion, and your delicious green salsa
Fish Tacos;
Step 1; Pour the beer in a container
Step 2; Add flour and mix it
Step 3; cut the fish into small pieces
Step 4; Batter the fish
Step 5; In a pan, warm the oil and add the battered fish
Step 6; Cook for 2 minutes each side
Step 7; Cook the tortillas for 1 minute and 30 seconds each side
Step 8; Make sure you stir the oil from the fish
Step 9; Then you add the fish in your tortilla and add the toppings such as lettuce, ranch dressing, and your own choice.

All these "How to"s make me want to add these dishes into my cooking list. I really like how you gave a through list what is needed to make delicious tacos. I think it is great to eat different types of tacos like I don't think I tried fish tacos. I really enjoyed this recipe, another dish to do for my family. Good Job!
