How to--Anthony


I figured the only way my lazy self was gonna learn how to cook enchiladas was if it involved school. Honestly though if anybody decides to make theseIwould love an invite.
Ingredients
RED:
  • ●  1 dozen corn tortillas
  • ●  1 large can red enchilada sauce
  • ●  Cheese block either big or small
    Green:
  • ●  1 dozen corn tortillas
  • ●  1 large can green enchilada sauce
  • ●  Cheese block
  • ●  Half of a tomato
  • ●  Half of an onion
  • ●  2 jalapenos
    Step by Step How To Make
    Keep in mind you will be making them simultaneously.

    Red:
Step 1:Pour 1 tsp of olive oil on a saucepan.
Step 2: pour the red sauce and cook on low for 15 min.
Green:
Step 1:Chop up the tomato, onion and jalapenos.
Step 2:pour tsp of olive oil in pan and saute the chopped up ingredients for 5 min. Step 3:add the green sauce and cook on low for 15 min.

Directions- 1 fry pan and 1 cup oil
  • -  Lightly fry tortillas and alternate placing them in the sauce.
  • -  Get a separate baking dish
  • -  Place tortilla, add cheese and roll.
  • -  Red then green and continue that cycle.
  • -  When all are rolled add cheese and olives on top
  • -  Bake at a temperature of 300 degrees for 20 min. And enjoy.
