Welcome to our classroom literary blog where we will write original, creative and artistic pieces, share, comment and discuss literature and hopefully rekindle a love, or maybe a passion, for reading and writing through an online classroom forum. This digital component is an extension of our classroom and it is a part of your English grade.
Each month the blog will be updated with original student writings. You get to choose which month you want to be a featured writer. Sign ups are in class and the Menu is in your School Loop locker. I will, also, give you a printed copy in class.
For right now, please check out the blog. You are more than welcome to read any of the archived writings from the last couple of years. You will also notice that at the end of each piece there are student comments. You can read those too. This is where the discussion takes place. When you are not a featured writer, your monthly assignment is to participate in the online discussion by providing your comments.
Have fun searching and reading. Sit back and wait until the end of this month for our first batch of brave writers.
